Initiative of both the Coos County Coalition and the Northern Grafton County Coalition that:
  • coordinates substance abuse prevention activities and messages that youth and families receive; and
  • provides information on specific events such as Red Ribbon Week, Great American Smoke Out, Kick Butts Day and National Inhalants and Poisons Awareness Week.

  • reduce access to alcohol and tobacco by youth
