Initiative of both the Coos County Coalition and the Northern Grafton County Coalition that:

• coordinates substance abuse prevention activities and messages that youth and families receive; and
• provides information on specific events such as Red Ribbon Week, Great American Smoke Out, Kick Butts Day and National Inhalants and Poisons Awareness Week.

Working regionally and within local communities to change norms around substance use, including:

• school, workplace and community policies
• reduce access to alcohol and tobacco by youth
• eliminating exposure to secondhand smoke
